Hot to get files: Upload manually

This method is very easy to use, but is become very slow (depending on our speed internet).

It's simple, you have to download the material you want to post, then go to the hosting servers (fileserve,depositfiles, freakshare,etc)  and upload manually from their formulary

This method uis good if we have a good internet connection, but is going to turn a bit annoying because it makes us lose a lot of time ... But is not that bad for starting.
